We began our listing with a major water leak after we had moved out. Instead of simply telling us we had a problem (for us to figure out how to repair the considerable damage from the other side of the country), Bill and Kate took charge. They worked with our insurance agent, supervised the contractors we chose and made sure everything was returned to a saleable condition – and he did this quickly and efficiently. Bill also made some minor repairs himself. Together Bill and Kate effectively negotiated on our behalf for a successful sale.

Thinking about the process we experienced, would we hire them again? In a heartbeat!
