Since the agents are spread throughout the state, one or more of those agents may have a buyer interested in the home. Also, some of those agents may belong to their local Realtor-only social media groups and will share our posts to those sites as well, creating greater exposure for your home. Then again, that agent may see that one of their peers has a buying need that could fit the criteria of the home that we have, and then the ball gets rolling.
